Resolve insurance problems and patient issues resulting from incorrect information. Maintain patient demographic and insurance information according to company guidelines. Research and respond to billing issues raised by insurance companies. Contact patients and healthcare providers as needed to expedite billing claims. Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
