Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Lab Finance Manager.

Position Status : Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location : This is an onsite position for our beautiful office at Sentara Park, Norfolk. Position will also perform hybrid schedule when required.

Standard Working Hours : 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM (flexible schedule is available) .

Position Summary :

Position is responsible for the oversight, leadership and technical direction of system-level financial analysis.

Facilitates answers to complex problems of a diverse scope where in-depth analysis and evaluation is required.

Project management is broad in scope and involves multiple functional areas spanning all hospitals, divisions and service lines.

Responsible for various operational and financial reporting areas across Sentara Healthcare. Provides oversight for the budget preparation and analysis for shared service functions and collaborates on system-wide budget analysis and presentations.

Position will interface with various levels of management.

Previous clinical experience for this position is not required .

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Level Degree Finance or Accounting
• Five years of Finance / Accounting experience
• Previous lab experience preferred but is not required
• Previous Finance / Revenue experience preferred
