About the Position The Project Engineer, or Field Engineer, is part of the project management team that includes the project manager, project coordinator, and superintendent.
The Project Engineer's responsibilities are a sub-set of the Project Manager's responsibilities. This role is a step / building block towards becoming a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
This person must be willing to be teachable and take direction well with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks. IMCO is hiring for an exciting large treatment plant project, with future work in the region already planned.

- Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) is emphasized throughout all phases of the project + Establishing a collaborative work environment for the project team members + Communicate effectively with Subcontractors, Suppliers, design partners, and owners.
- Demonstrate effective internal working relationships with company management, administration staff, and craft management + Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and internal staff.
- Preparing written communications and reports. + Assisting with controlling the project's cost and schedule by ensuring that effective project controls are in place + Assist with pre-construction job set-up and planning + Receive, review, forward, and track the status of submittals and RFIs + Maintain project records Compensation and Benefits + Compensation : $75,000- $90,000 anticipated annual salary.
