At Excel Home Care Services, weve been providing compassionate, in-home care since 2002and were growing. Were currently seeking a Full-Time Scheduler to join our Greater Springfield team.

In this key administrative role, youll coordinate caregiver schedules, ensure smooth care delivery, and support the communication that keeps our clients safe, comfortable, and cared for at home.

Scheduler Responsibilities Include :

• Develop and manage daily / weekly caregiver schedules
• Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and needs
• Act as the main point of contact for caregivers, clients, and case managers
• Track attendance, manage call-outs, and ensure shift coverage
• Enter and update referrals in the EMR system accurately
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly
• Coordinate with the Nursing Supervisor for oversight and field visits
• Support payroll with accurate scheduling records
• Assist HR with administrative tasks related to staffing
• Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation
• Assist with client retention, outreach, and additional duties as needed

What Were Looking For :

• Previous experience in scheduling or coordination (Healthcare preferred)
• Strong computer skills (EMR knowledge a plus)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive, team-first attitude
