Job Summary
The Contracts Administrator, within the legal department, will provide contract review support primarily for YKK’s Global Marketing operations in the U.
S. and will involve working with and advising the Global Marketing business teams on a variety of contractual and related issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and revise customer supplier agreements, certifications, Codes of Conduct, NDAs, and other commercial agreements and documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts.
- Conduct legal research regarding product safety statutes and regulations and other applicable laws and regulations and advise and work with the attorneys, management, and sales teams in affiliated companies in the U.
S., Latin America, and Asia regarding contracts and regulatory compliance.
Assist with other corporate matters as needed.

Up to ten percent U.S. / international travel may be required.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-7 years of experience reviewing contracts or equivalent paralegal experience in a law firm and / or corporate legal department.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive relationships at all levels within the organization.
