Employee Advocacy Social Media Specialist
What can you expect?
This role is a core member of our employee advocacy program with a focus on working with the social media COE and marketing across all enterprise content, and closely with colleagues.
The Specialist is accountable for publishing content in a timely manner to the employee advocacy community via EveryoneSocial, working with businesses and countries across the globe to identify opportunities, build programs, develop activation plans, and equip teams with the tools and know how to launch or scale their advocacy program and deliver impact.
The role will also be a key contributor to the development and activation of training in support of local and regional marketing colleagues responsible for their employee advocacy communities and contribute to development of all colleague training from personal brand building to driving business impact on social media to social selling.
The Specialist will also play a part of our strategic employee engagement team across Twitter and LinkedIn primarily, responsible for building engagement with target audiences, influencers, employee advocates and other stakeholders.
The Specialist will be involved in understanding, interpreting, and making recommendations to stakeholders in support of continued growth of employee advocacy across the enterprise.
This is a collaborative role and specialist will work closely with all social media COE team members, marketing stakeholders across the globe, business, and leadership.

We will count on you to :
Work with social strategists, marketing, businesses, and country teams across the globe to identify opportunities, build programs, develop activation plans, and equip teams with the tools and know how to launch or scale their advocacy program and deliver impact.
Accountable for publishing content in a timely manner to the employee advocacy community via EveryoneSocial. This includes campaign content, PR & Media, and developing advocacy specific communications such as newsletters and broadcasts to drive targeted awareness and engagement around business priority content.
Key contributor to the development and activation of training in support of global, regional and local programs with a focus on education and supporting marketing colleagues responsible for their local employee advocacy communities, contributing to development of all colleague training including topics like personal brand building to driving business impact on social media to social selling, and leadership training.
Member of strategic employee engagement team across Twitter and LinkedIn primarily, responsible for building engagement with target audiences, influencers, employee advocates and other stakeholders.
Champion a broad range of strategic projects in the social media COE providing opportunities and exposure across the enterprise and always be learning and developing new skills.
What you need to have :
Minimum of one year of B2B employee advocacy experience
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field of study
Experience and practical knowledge of primary B2b social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Demonstrable social media employee advocacy knowledge
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
