Learn more at About the role The Compliance Administrator will report to the AGC, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and provide support to Pearson's Ethics & Compliance (ECO) team on all programs including, but not limited to, Training, Policies and Procedures, SharePoint websites, 3rd Party Compliance, Fraud & Investigations, Board of Directors reporting obligations, and the global Sanctions program Key Responsibilities + Provide general administrative support for the following ECO compliance programs : 3rd Party Due Diligence, Sanctions, Fraud & Investigations, Training Calendar and materials, SharePoint sites, and Policies and Procedures updates.
Manage the ECO compliance training calendars and monitor review of ECO policies and procedures. Coordinate with ECO team leads on 3rd Party Compliance, Fraud & Investigations and Sanctions.
Liaise with the broader Legal Team and other corporate functions to ensure cross collaboration with the ECO team. + Coordinate with Legal Operations on annual training topics and calendars.
Coordinate with Human Resources communications team to support ECO sponsored events and communications (e.g., Compliance Week).
