You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our team and our clients.
What will you do day-to-day?
- Administrative Support : Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Client Interaction : Be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll address inquiries, provide information, and build relationships that enhance our reputation for outstanding customer service.
- Data Management : Maintain and organize client records, ensuring all information is accurate and easily accessible. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets that track data and generate insightful reports.
- Presentation Prep : Assist in crafting presentations and documents, ensuring they are polished and ready for internal and external meetings.
- General Office Duties : Help maintain an organized office environment by managing filing systems, performing data entry, and overseeing office supplies.
Who are you?
- Experience : You have proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on client relations.
- Client-Focused : Your interpersonal skills shine when interacting with clients. You understand the importance of a positive client experience.
- Excel Enthusiast : You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with formulas, functions, and data analysis. (Don’t worry;
we’ll provide resources to help you stay sharp!)
- Organized and Proactive : You have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Communicator : Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Detail-Oriented : You have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring no task goes unnoticed.
