job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

  • Inspect a variety of simulated training components, including instrument gauges, control panels, and multifunction LCD displays.
  • Meticulously review and interpret schematics, block diagrams, build drawings, and customer specifications.
  • Verify components are assembled according to instructions and meet IPC-J soldering and wiring standards.
  • Utilize electronic test equipment like meters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to ensure proper functionality.

What you bring to the table :

  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • The ability to read and understand technical documents like schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Experience working with IPC-J wiring and soldering standards is a plus.
  • strong mechanical aptitude to ensure components are built to exact specifications.
  • Experience using electronic test equipment is essential.
  • Familiarity with digital circuits and embedded systems, including protocols like RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet, PoE, and Ethernet circuits (a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills to document and report any issues.
