Location : Remote with travel to various locations

8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (may vary with business needs)
Position Overview :
RPH on the go is seeking a Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee operations for multiple pharmacy locations across the listed regions.
This is a remote position requiring travel to these sites, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations at multiple pharmacy locations, focusing on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, profit and loss statements, and cost control strategies.
- Lead and develop pharmacy teams to ensure exceptional service and operational success.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Travel to pharmacy locations as needed for on-site management and support.
Required Qualifications :
- PharmD degree.
- 5+ years of pharmacy management experience (mail order or retail).
- Experience with budgeting and profit / loss management .
- Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain pharmacy licensure in additional states as required.
