Manager, Operations Integration

Job Summary

Managing new center integration projects. Manage projects from LOI stage to full 100-day Plan integration. Oversee all aspects of center integration for acquisitions, Greenfields, and Brownfields.

This is a remote position, Open to all time zones. Travel required.

Compensation / Benefits : $80k-$110k. Benefits start Day 1.

Responsibilities

For Acquisitions :

Coordinate and present Caliber teammate presentation to acquisition teammates

Work with local operations leadership to get the facility ready to open Day 1 as a Caliber facility

Coordinate with external Vendors on new acquisition facility.

Lead integration activities with marketing, vendor management, IT, facilities, client team, and etc

Lead transitional and post-close / conversion activities

For Greenfields / Brownfields :

Meet with construction teams to ensure proper timing

Plan signage with external sign companies

Lead transitional and post-close activities

For all projects :

Conduct project calls to gather all relevant department heads to prepare and discuss each designated project

Participate in sales calls to assist in guiding sales team for new locations

Help develop and lead from 100-Day Plan

Consult with all department heads for effective and complete integration

Plan signage with external sign companies

Plan integration activities with external vendors

Guide facilities and training leads for successful integrations

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years Caliber experience

Willing to travel 75%. Okay with overnight stays

Minimum Regional Manager or Integration Team or related Experience,

Must have knowledge of the equipment and facilities needed to operate in the industry.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; verbal and written

Superior knowledge of Caliber support areas (IT, Accounting, HR, etc.) effectively communicate and interact with all Caliber depts.

Be able to travel up 75% of the time sometimes at late notice

Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)

Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check

Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment

Personable, friendly demeanor with World Class customer service approach to internal and external customers

Must be able to sit, stand, talk and walk for long periods of time

Must be able to bend, stoop, push / pull, kneel, crouch and reach frequently

Occasionally exposed to moderate noise levels, fumes, airborne particles and / or caustic chemicals hot, cold, wet or humid conditions Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management experience, a plus

Proficient with Excel, CCC1, Microsoft Teams
