Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Retrofit Installer for our Portland location to install residential heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 7am - 3 : 30pm, some overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay Range : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must be able to carry 75 pounds overhead without assistance
• Able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications :

• NATE Support Technician Certification
• EPA certification

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
