Virtual Occupational Therapist
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in California!
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students functional abilities and design appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide virtual therapeutic interventions and specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, parents, and support staff to optimize student learning outes.
- Monitor student progress regularly, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records of student performance and therapy sessions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and transition plans.
Requirements :
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
- Proven experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Strong understanding of educational strategies and therapeutic interventions for diverse learners.
- Excellent munication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Passion for improving the lives of students with special needs and a mitment to their educational success.
