Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Threats intelligence researcher on the darkweb, deep web and social media
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Fraud, Cyber Crime, Military Intelligence or something similar that involved investigating adversary activity
- A deep understanding of web and mobile technology
- Cyber opsec expert
- Deep understanding of the technology used by bad actors to stay anonymous online (RDP, Sandboxed VMs, VPNs, Tor, Tails
- Advantage : Experience working with large datasets in SQL, Elastic Search, Python or similar technology
- High quality intelligence and research obsession - won’t leave any stone unturned
- Creative : Out of the box thinker that is always looking for ways to challenge acceptable norms.
- Excellent collaboration skills - team player with great people skills, ability to influence across organizations
- The ability to teach and share your expertise / domain knowledge with your teammates and partners. You know how to simplify complex subjects in a way that anyone can understand them
Self-starter" attitude and the ability to make decisions independently

- Bachelor or Masters Degree (or equivalent work experience)
Responsibilities
- Performing top quality fraud intelligence research on clear, deep and dark web sources while maintaining a high level of opsec
- Combine expertise in our products and our customers with fraud intelligence findings to be able to :
- Identify and alert stakeholders of fraud trends and fraud risks that can help them develop a safer environment for Intuit and its customers
- Be the go to source for stakeholders that want to better understand fraud MOs that are affecting the industry
- Presenting findings to different stakeholders throughout Intuit
- Work closely with policy, data science and product teams in order to identify and close fraud vulnerabilities and educate on fraud risks
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $144,000 - 195,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
