The Volunteer Program provides meaningful care and compassion to hospice and palliative patients and delivers important administrative support in our office. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• The Volunteer Coordinator helps oversee all aspects of the Volunteer Program at Good Shepherd Community Care, including recruitment and retention, training, record maintenance, and recognition of volunteers.
• Ensures compliance with the level of volunteer service required by regulations.

Schedule and Weekly Hours

Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Pay Range

$47,000-$53,000. This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
