We are in the process of recruiting an Accounting Clerk based in Boynton Beach, Florida, 33426, United States. Our focus is on finding an individual who can efficiently manage data entry tasks, handle invoice processing, and carry out three-way matching operations.
This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process data entries of invoices into the designated system
- Handle three-way matching operations by correlating payments with corresponding invoices and orders
- Administer the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
- Maintain and update customer credit records regularly, ensuring all information is current and accurate
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel and Great Plains to accomplish tasks and manage data
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the accounts payable and receivable team to ensure all billing and invoicing processes are completed on time
- Perform account reconciliation tasks to verify the accuracy of transactions
- Handle other related duties as assigned, adhering to company standards and procedures.
