Publisher Development Manager - CTV

Expand is partnered with a high-growth Adtech start-up that provides a cutting-edge contextual video platform, targeted at Tier 1 / 2 CTV, Web, and editorial publishers across North America.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced senior Publisher Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective prospecting strategies to drive revenue generation.

This position will suit a candidate who is looking for a step up into a Director level role in 2025.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Target potential video publishers for contextual data technology adoption
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with publisher decision-makers
  • Conduct tech demos highlighting value propositions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs effectively
  • Negotiate favorable contracts with publishers
  • Provide regular sales updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Represent at industry events to enhance brand presence
  • Pursue new market expansion opportunities consistently

To excel in this opportunity, you should have :

  • In-depth understanding of the publisher landscape, including various payment models and publisher types.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Adtech marketing industry, demonstrating a proven track record of sales performance.
