We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pr ogram Analyst Junior. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives related to advanced computing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assists in preparing and organizing materials for technical presentations and journals, developing data visualization and technical writing skills.
  • Identifies and reports potential problems, communication breakdowns, and information gaps to senior team members, learning to propose initial solutions.
  • Supports the organization and management of lab-wide workflows, understanding EOY acquisition planning and program execution processes.
  • Learns about financial and budgetary execution, assisting in basic data collection and analysis for budget reports.
  • Familiarizes self with acquisition requirements, shadowing senior staff to understand technical, administrative, contractual, and legal approval processes.
  • Track purchases through the procurement lifecycle, ensuring data entry accuracy and developing inventory management system skills.
  • Assists in preparing, reviewing, and organizing property authorization, accountability documents, and learning compliance requirements.
  • Participates in team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvements and developing professional communication skills.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in relevant software tools and databases, continuously expanding technical skills through training and hands-on experience.
  • Works closely with senior analysts to learn best practices, with a focus on attention to detail and developing analytical thinking skills.
  • Engages in ongoing training to build knowledge of program analysis techniques and operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must have an educational degree from an Accredited Institution and relevant years of experience.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree : 0 years of experience
  • Associate's Degree : 2 years of experience
  • or High School Diploma with four years of experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
  • Experience in program coordination or project management is preferred
  • Familiarity with high-performance computing environments is a plus
