KeyResponsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer calls responding toinquiries and providing information about products andservices.
- Deliver outstanding customer serviceby addressing customer needs and resolving issuesefficiently.
- Maintain a positive andprofessional demeanour while dealing with customer concerns orcomplaints.
- Accurately document customerinteractions and update account information in oursystem.
- Educate customers about new productsservices and promotions to enhance theirexperience.
- Collaborate with team members andother departments to resolve complex issues and improve customersatisfaction.
- Meet individual and teamperformance goals and metrics.
Qualifications :
- Previousexperience in customer service or a call center environment ishighly desirable.
- Strong verbal communicationskills with a commitment to providing excellentservice.
- Ability to listen actively andempathise with customers while ensuring their needs aremet.
- Proficient in using computers andcomfortable with multiple softwareapplications.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment and handle high call volume withease.
