Salary : $155,000 - $175,000 DOE

MUST HAVE A TS / SCI TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with an active TS / SCI clearance to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque, NM.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, construction, and maintenance of our secured buildings, ensuring compliance with all security protocols and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and analysis of technical solutions for large-scale facilities with intricate systems and infrastructure.
- Provide leadership and support in managing complex technical programs and projects.
- Apply advanced principles and theories to effectively navigate complex systems.
- Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables, aligning with established metrics and objectives.
- Strategically plan and execute research, design development, and other critical assignments.
- Oversee technical and engineering aspects of major initiatives.
- Facilitate coordination among diverse stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Monitor and recommend design considerations, evaluating associated costs, schedules, and technical implications.
- Provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, and guidance to project personnel.
- Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, offering actionable recommendations for mission-critical endeavors.
- Lead comprehensive studies and data analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communicate technical information clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
Qualifications :
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Master of Science / Master of Engineering (mandatory). Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Active TS / SCI clearance is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and security standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
