H & H Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. of Coatesville, PA is searching for a full-time Warehouse Representative - Delivery Driver to flex their organization and process improvement muscles as they work with a team to document inventory, create supply lists, and ensure that all parts are accurately delivered to our team of HVAC technicians.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE REPRESENTATIVE - Delivery Driver
You arrive to work on time, following your self-discovered fastest route given the time of day, and you high five everyone as you walk through the door! You realize that to some, your work is not the most glamorous, but you have a sense of accomplishment knowing that you are the glue that keeps the pieces together and the machine working smoothly.
After checking inventory and product lists, you organize all the needed materials to be delivered to our HVAC service and install teams.
You've made it your goal to ensure that the HVAC technicians feel supported and equipped for their day. You are the first step that leads to successfully accomplishing our mission every day!
Although the warehouse may seem stuffy, you've made it your aspiration to be like Darrell from The Office you enjoy every moment with your team by encouraging them to work together, and maybe shoot a little hoops together on the side! You enjoy attending all staff events and parties, and contribute to the positive atmosphere and team-focused company culture.
At the end of the day, you feel accomplished and satisfied knowing that you "left it all out on the court!"
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE REPRESENTATIVE - DELIVERY DRIVER
- Current forklift certification
- Strong data entry skills
- Comfortable tracking and entering inventory
- Knowledge of HVAC industry
