Accounts Payable Coordinator - $65,000 + Bonus
A vertically integrated real estate fundmanager specializing in infill logistics property investments in major USCoastal markets, currently managing a real estate portfolio exceeding $2billion in value.

Responsibilities :
- Ensure all invoices have appropriatedocumentation and all payments are processed in a timely manner in compliancewith the company policies
- Reconcile vendors accounts and maintaintracking records for invoices payment status
- Set up new vendors, including paymentterms
- Handle all vendor inquiries and monitorand resolve all account payable issues
- Prepare annual vendor 1099 filings
Qualifications :
- Minimum two years of Accounts Payableexperience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting orrelated field preferred
- Experience with Yardi
- PayScan and 1099filings experience preferred
