Real Estate AP Coordinator - $65,000 base pay
We areseeking a Real Estate AP Coordinator to join our finance team in Boston, MA.This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000 to$65,000, along with an annual bonus.
The ideal candidate will be proficientwith Yardi or Avid Exchange as this position requires managing accounts payabletasks at both property and corporate levels in a highly system-drivenenvironment.
Experience in real estate is crucial, as the role involveshandling utility invoices and real estate taxes, and ensuring all vendortransactions are processed efficiently through our systems.
Candidatesshould have at least 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within realestate operations and must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Key skills include the ability to work independently and as part of a team,maintain composure under pressure, and manage multiple priorities with a highdegree of professionalism and collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications and in-depth knowledge of accounting software are also required.
