We are a dynamic and expanding real estate team looking for a versatile and tech-savvy Real Estate Operations Coordinator.
This pivotal role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about wearing multiple hats, including those of a listing manager, admin, event planner, and office manager.
You'll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Compensation : $25 - $26 hourly

Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
Listing Management : Coordinate the preparation, listing, and marketing of properties. You'll be instrumental in getting listings up and running, working closely with the agent to prepare for open houses.
This includes learning and working with the local MLS and other listing portals to ensure maximum exposure.
- Administrative Support : Handle data entry, maintain and update client information in our CRM, and generate clean, accurate spreadsheets for farming and analysis.
- Event Planning : Plan and execute team and client events in collaboration with the team lead and marketing coordinator, ensuring every event is seamless and memorable.
- Office Management : Maintain a professional and tidy office environment, manage inventory, and order supplies to ensure the team is well-equipped.
Handle vendor invoices and keep accurate records of all transactions.
Client Relations : Handle all client communications with a high level of professionalism and care. This includes printing envelopes, mailing birthday cards, and responding to client inquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously.
Ensure clients feel valued and informed throughout their journey with us.
Operational Efficiency : Streamline office operations and support the team lead and realtors in various capacities, ensuring the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Qualifications :
Tech Proficiency : Skilled in Google products, proficiency in Mac OS and general office technology, including printers.
Ability to learn and work with local MLS and other listing portals.
- Data Management : Experience with data entry and management, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment.
- Communication : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset. Able to handle client communications effectively and with empathy.
