Job Title : Sales Director, Fitness Studio Operations

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Role Type : Full time

Our client is a rapidly growing hybrid fitness company combining boutique studios, at-home workouts, and large-scale events into one seamless platform. Backed by major investment and a portfolio of premium fitness brands, they’re redefining how people engage with wellness—both online and in person.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Oversee multiple fitness studio locations and lead local sales teams
  • Own revenue goals, customer experience, and retention metrics
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing managers across locations
  • Develop and implement sales processes, operational playbooks, and performance systems
  • Use data to assess performance, identify gaps, and optimize results
  • Collaborate with corporate teams (marketing, tech, brand) to support studio success
  • Participate in hiring and evaluate candidate sales abilities
  • Occasionally support weekend events or special projects

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must be based in Austin, TX
  • 5+ years experience in multi-unit fitness, wellness, or hospitality operations
  • Has successfully managed $5M+ in revenue across locations
  • Strategic and execution-oriented, with strong leadership ability
  • Passionate about health and wellness

    • Compensation

    Annual OTE of $150,000, including a $135,000 base salary. Benefits package included.
