• Position : Product Engineer
• Location : India (Permanent Remote)
• Experience required : minimum 2 years of product engineering experience
• Assessment Test : (based on role requirement) will be required to take a skill assessment test prior interview.
• Shift : 04 : 00pm 1am IST
• Work hours- total 9 hrs (8.5 hrs working+ Half an hour meal break)
• CTC : As per market standards
• Notice period : (Immediate joiner preferred) candidate with 30 days notice period preferred.
• Job Type : Permanent
• Must have Broadband availability : Min 30 MBPS (national service provider JIO / TATA / Airtel Hathway etc)
• Important : Access to a quiet home office environment with above mentioned broadband availability and working space to accommodate two monitors +1 Laptop.

A leading manufacturer of decorative high-end plumbing fixtures is seeking a Product Engineer. Product design improvement and development are critical to Brasstech’s success in this fast- paced and highly competitive market.

The Product Engineer will assume responsibility for ensuring that the engineering specifications for existing and newly introduced products are maintained and / or revised to meet our evolving sourcing and manufacturing strategies.

This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to provide mechanical design solutions
• Responsible for creating and developing functional products
• Provide detailed manufacturing drawings, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T
• Prepare all necessary design documentation for production release Must have key skills :
• Must have good English speaking and written skills.
• Min 2 years relevant experience of product engineering
• Minimum of 2,000 hours of CREO with thorough knowledge of surfacing, family tables, and Intralink Environment
• Demonstrate analytical aptitude
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to identify and correct design issues.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Good understanding of manufacturing process Other Skills :
• Must demonstrate effective skills in problem-solving, continuous improvement, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Education, Experience, and other requirements :
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering.
