Role
As a Commercial HVAC Foreman (also known as HVAC Crew Leader, HVAC Project Supervisor), you'll lead a team of 4 to 6 members in installing HVAC equipment in commercial buildings.
You'll manage the entire project field team, enforce OSHA construction safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with customers and office personnel.
You'll also have the opportunity to work significant overtime hours as projects permit.

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs, HVAC electrical knowledge and construction safety.
- High level ability of reading blueprints and implementing installation from site drawings.
- Ability to work and oversee project sites in various outdoor elements (hot or cold weather).
