Job Description :
The Receptionist will manage the front desk, handle high phone volume, and perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer skills, have a pleasant phone manner, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage order entry and maintain accurate records.
- Scan, shred, and copy documents as required.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Address employee questions and concerns effectively.
- Distribute and keep track of employee checks.
- Provide employment applications to applicants.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk area.
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as requested.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of receptionist experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency with PCs and typing speed of 50-60 wpm.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM with a standard lunch break.
