Ascent is a wholly owned subsidiary of Leprino Foods Company, the world’s largest producer of mozzarella cheese.
At Leprino Foods starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $ 106,000 and $ 128,000 . This position has an annual target bonus of 12 %.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region and channels.
- Identify and secure retail account opportunities within the region, ensuring successful activation and ongoing growth.
- Collaborate with broker partners to promote and sell the Ascent brand, maintaining strong brand equity.
- Manage trade budgets, strategically investing to maximize ROI for the brand.
- Build and lead processes to enhance the capabilities of broker partners and grow the team’s proficiency.
- Evaluate new opportunities to expand Ascent’s capabilities at retail, from broker and distributor partnerships to in-store tools.
- Manage customer forecasting and partner with supply chain to deliver world-class service level
- Provide leadership within the multi-functional Ascent leadership team, guiding and supporting team members.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field.
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in CPG, sports nutrition, or fitness industry.
- The ability to work a weekly 3 / 2 (office / home) hybrid schedule.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Master's Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience with SAP.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring employees.
