A company is looking for a Redisclosure Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain file flow from a compliance perspective in collaboration with Processing
Disclose loan files to meet State, Federal, and Municipal compliance requirements
Review initial and re-disclosures for compliance with RESPA 2010, MDIA / TILA, and Dodd Frank requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
1-3 years of analytical experience preferred
Experience with Reverse Vision or Quantum preferred
Background in mortgage banking or mortgage processing
Ability to run and interpret daily reports
Capable of working independently from a queue
