Job Description

Eurofins Agroscience Services is searching for an Administrative Laboratory Support II, to work in Columbia, MO. Come be a part of a growing team!

Administrative Laboratory Support responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Supports a scientific laboratory with administrative and complex tasks
• Scanning documentation
• Data entry
• Data organization
• Assists study directors with preparation of laboratory paperwork
• Reviewing paperwork for completeness
• Coordinating administrative projects

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma; college degree or progress towards degree may be substituted
• 2+ years' clerical experience
• Scientific experience is desirable
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia, MD are encouraged to apply.
