Overview :
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team and take on the role of Team Lead. If you have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for leading custom application development, integrations, and implementations, consider applying for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the team lead for custom application development, integrations, and implementations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Administer and optimize ServiceNow instances to ensure peak performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects successfully.
- Utilize deep understanding of the ITIL framework to enhance IT service management processes.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications :
- Strong background in ServiceNow development with proven experience in administering ServiceNow instances.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is required.
- Extensive experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and ITSM modules.
- Excellent understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
