What would you do in this role?
- This leadership role will lead other project managers, closely oversee and guide multiple construction projects
- Partner with several team members : estimators, engineers, field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and architects throughout the life of the projects
- Identify areas for pre-fabrication and work with field staff, Project Engineers and Designers to create fabrication and installation drawings

Who would be successful in this job?
- This person will have background / experience in wastewater, general contracting and / or construction
- Prior experience with Davis Bacon and prevailing wage jobs will make this candidate stand out!
- Someone who is a self-starter with a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
- A person who has knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques
- Someone with excellent problem solving, analytical, and trouble shooting skills
- Someone who can listen well and turn on a dime when needed
- This person will have had exposure to estimating, construction and material requirements

- Yes! The ideal person will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, etc.
