Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of subordinate personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing, always working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate and competent direct patient care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.
