A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR
As a Corporate Administrator, you will assist the Regional Vice Presidents and support the overall functions of the department.
You will assist with property takeovers, audits, due diligence projects and other special property related projects and paperwork.
You will assist with or produce and maintain annual budgets. You will schedule and organize activities such as meetings and travel.
You will assist with or produce Owner's Report and Weekly Boxscore Reports. You will respond to owners and their representatives' questions.
You will assist regional managers as assigned. Safety is a priority. As such you report safety hazards immediately to the Regional Vice President.
CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or college degree
- Background should include word processing, document control, preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts and presentation
- Drug free
- Valid driver's license
- Possess good organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess good accounting and clerical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to be available to work as scheduled and as necessary
