Position Title : Maintenance Technician Reports To : Property Manager / Maintenance Supervisor Position Summary : Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current tenants, completing work orders in a timely manner, maintaining the upkeep of the building and servicing the chillers and boilers.
This is a commercial building with a wide variety of tenants meaning professionalism and discretion is a must. Duties and Responsibilities : 1.
Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience. 2. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge preferred. 3. Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.
4. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor. 5. Inspecting grounds daily. 6. Small renovations to suites as rented.
Prerequisites : Submit to background check and drug screening. Must have valid driver's license. Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
