We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail oriented Dental Receptionist / Insurance Biller to join our team. If you believe you are a fast learner and can adapt quickly to a new work environment this maybe the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service
- Knowledge of Denrtix software and Dental PPO insurance
- Verifying insurance benefits with oDentrix and online verification
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of Dental insurance (PPO) credentialing, claims, posting and denials
- Great communication skills written and verbal are a must
- Preparing charts for scheduled patients (High attention to detail)
- Accounts recivable and posting to ledgers
- Accuracy in deposit sheets
- Marketing to help with business promotion
