The Computational Arrhythmia Research laboratory is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Administrator 1 to join the team.

The successful candidate will curate clinical data, perform statistical analysis, present database queries, and write up results for meetings and manuscripts.
Duties include installing, configuring, and supporting relational database management systems, managing backup / recovery services, and providing technical documentation.
Desired qualifications include clinical data entry experience, knowledge of statistics, and familiarity with database management systems.
Education & experience required : Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include experience with relational database systems, database applications, database design, programming techniques, and database security protocols.
Physical requirements include desk-based computer tasks, sitting, standing, using a telephone, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
Working conditions may involve extended and weekend hours as well as on-call work.
The expected pay range for this position is $118,000 to $141,000 per annum.
