Responsibilities Roxbury Hospital is currently recruiting a part-time IT Support Technician to work at our Shippensburg behavioral healthcare facility.
Occasional assistance with our outpatient offices in Carlise and Chambersburg is also required. Hours are flexible, mostly Monday - Friday day shift with evening / weekends as needed.
Responsibilities : - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals - Set up and manage user accounts and permissions - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner - Assist with the setup and maintenance of office equipment - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve IT issues - Document IT processes and procedures Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc.

- Proven experience in IT support or a related field - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems - Familiarity with mobile devices and their operating systems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of DNS, TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, and network administration - Experience with Windows Server administration is a plus - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently or as part of a team
