Operations Assistant

Kitchen Tune-Up Kennesaw is seeking an Operations Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Arrive to jobsite on time in logo'd shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every job
• Work with and assist lead cabinet technician with all cabinet related installation activities.
• Assist with loading / unloading tools, materials, hardware etc to the work van to take to / from customer warehouse.
• Maintaining appropriate inventory in the work van and organizing.
• Driving work van to / from customers with appropriate tools and materials.
• Receiving deliveries at the warehouse and organizing inventory appropriately.
• Perform quality check on the materials and keeping records.
• Assembling cabinets at the warehouse.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)

Skills :

• Stellar work ethic
• Able to follow directions without deviating
• Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind)
• Able to operate basic tools including drill
• Must be able to drive work van
• Must have clean driving record
• Must be able to lift heavy tools (table saw / Miter saw) to load / unload
• Must be able to lift materials such as cabinets / moldings / side panels to load / unload and install

Additional Skills (preferred but not required)

• Prior experience in cabinetry
• Prior experience in Warehouse operations
