SUMMARY :

A top producing Loan Officer team in the Bronx, NY is looking for an outstanding Receptionist and Front Desk person. Someone who is a go-getter, self-starter, an efficient multi-tasker, great with people, has a positive attitude, and loves being the best they can be.

This is an entry level position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks which are centered around making sure our clients and partners feel warm and welcome in our office.

Responsibilities include :

  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately,
  • Notifying Loan Officers of a client's arrival,
  • Maintaining a clean and secure office environment,
  • Supporting the office, and
  • General clerical / administrative duties.

This can include answering the phone, filing, paperwork, faxing, follow up with partners and clients, entering mortgage info into the database, emailing, social media marketing, and other miscellaneous needs like office errands. QUALIFICATIONS :

Being adaptable and efficient is very important as well as being great at follow-up. You should be great at building rapport and gathering information when needed.

Impeccable phone skills are a MUST! This is not a cold-calling position, but we need someone who is comfortable making follow-up calls and talking over the phone.

You must have at least one year of receptionist experience, with at least a high school diploma or the equivalent. Familiarity with basic office software and the ability to operate scanners, copiers, and printers is desired.

This position is a full time in-office position.

E X PECTED PAY :

Between $16 and $18 per hour
