Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant will help organizations drive value from their marketing automation platforms, supporting the ongoing management and configuration of the software.
This is a client facing role that will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including marketers, designers, database engineers, and developers.
Responsibilities :
- Documenting, testing and building Journeys, Emails, Campaigns, Data Extensions and other requirements and configuration needs the client may have.
- Support the collection of requirements, issue logging, and supportive documentation
- Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking, helping align with best practices integral to the project's success.
- Provide day-to-day communication with Slalom project team and client via preferred communication channel (Email, JIRA, GSuite, Microsoft Notes, etc)
Qualifications :
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 2-3 years of experience building, testing and executing end-to-end Marketing Automation campaigns and related activities.
- At least two years professional experience in-house, a consulting firm, or similar organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to support project delivery via telecommunications
- Ideally certified or willing to get certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- The ideal candidate relishes the challenge of building complex marketing automation programs and has a passion for learning and executing the latest digital marketing strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $96,000 - $164,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
