This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA or PaloAlto, CA office.
Your Role :
Responsible for monthly financial close ofHeadquarter Marketing & Communications cost center, Sales Operations costcenter and marketing related projects incl.
preparation of journal entries andexplanations & commentary in case of variances.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgetingprocess for responsible cost centers and projects in close alignment with theMarketing & Communications, Sales Operations and Franchise leadership teams.
- Manage and measure effectiveness of the costcenter & project spending, focusing on ROI for the overall business tosupport the Marketing & Sales Operations leadership team with their capitalallocation.
- Regularly present findings to senior executives,such as the CFO, VP of Marketing & Communications, VP of Sales Operationsand the Heads of the Radiology and Cardiovascular Franchises.
- Lead for demo fleet management, including annualphysical inventory count and internal auditing.
- Support resolving operational issues, as andwhen directed.
- Drive forward automation and digitalizationefforts in area of responsibility, e.g. Automation of Reports via ArtificialIntelligence.
- Continuous communication with Ultrasound teamsin Germany, Singapore, and North America
- Special projects supporting the CFO, VP ofMarketing & Communications, VP of Sales Operations and the Heads of theRadiology and Cardiovascular Franchises.
Your Expertise & Skills for this position :
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years ofrelevant work experience.
- MBA in Finance, CPA, CFA preferred.
- Strong analytical ability and attention todetail to identify variances, trends, and anomalies in financial datatriggering proactively necessary actions and at the same time provide accurateand reliable data under given deadlines.
- Proven ability to drive insights from largedatasets and transform them into compelling presentations to get buy-in fromsenior management.
- Passionate team player with a strong servicementality going the extra mile to meet the expectation of stakeholders.
- Execution-driven and focused mindset tocontinuously strive for improvements with a very good problem-solving skillset
- Excellent SAP (or other ERP), MS-Excel andMS-PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Jedox, PowerBI & Qlik, and VBAor other coding would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, cultural sensitivity, communication,and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (other languages, especiallyGerman a plus).
The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 U.S.dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed.
