Support Integrated Marketing Calendar : Assist in maintaining and updating the master calendar of marketing activities to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.

Creative Brief Development : Draft, distribute, and track creative briefs for 360-degree campaigns, ensuring timely input and approvals.

Data & Insights Support : Compile campaign performance data and assist in preparing reports that inform strategy and measure success.

Cross-Channel Collaboration : Coordinate with channel owners (email, social, web, etc.) to ensure campaign elements are delivered on time and aligned with strategy.

Project & Task Management : Track project milestones, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help ensure deadlines are met using tools like ClickUp or Microsoft Planner.

Campaign Execution Assistance : Support the execution of integrated campaigns by managing logistics, documentation, and communication across departments.

Process Documentation : Help document workflows and best practices to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Customer Experience Awareness : Maintain an understanding of the customer journey and assist in identifying opportunities to enhance engagement.

Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the Senior Manager, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

12 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role (internships included).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Planner).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods at a time.
