Our staff, often referred to as Taco Gods, play a crucial role in our success, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and that our patrons receive high quality meals.
They are responsible for, but not limited to, the following.
- Greeting guests, assisting them with the ordering, and understanding of menu options
- Preparing ingredients : Washing, chopping, and measuring various components for dishes.
- Processing customer orders : Working on the line to cook meals according to specific orders.
- Following recipes : Ensuring consistency and accuracy in the preparation of each dish.
- Adjusting dishes based on customer preferences : Catering to special requests, such as allergies or dietary needs.
- Maintaining a clean workspace : Keeping their station organized and sanitized.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines : Ensuring that food handling practices meet industry standards to prevent contamination.
- Using kitchen equipment : Safely operating stoves, grills, fryers, and other appliances.
- Inventory management : Assisting in keeping track of stock and notifying when supplies need to be restocked.
- Presentation : Ensuring meals are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's standards.
- Checking back with customers in regard to food and quality thereof
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the dining, bathroom, and communal areas
Team Members must possess a combination of customer service skills, culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
