CPV & Assembly Technician
Huntsville, AL
Contract Position
Responsibilities :
- Assemble desks, racks, and other furniture needed for production
- Use titration and other direct measurement methods to analyze and correct CPV Lab solvent / chemical systems.
- Monitor Wastewater system and discharge.
- Move chemicals to appropriate areas using forklifts.
- Perform shop-level maintenance and calibration of equipment such as pumps, tanks, filtration systems, scales, etc.
- Conduct general housekeeping of CPV Lab and Certified Clean Room area.
- Follow safety regulations and wear protective eyewear, steel-toe boots, and other applicable personal protective equipment.
Qualifications :
- Able to operate PITs like forklifts and Tugs
- Ability to lift items to 40 lbs. and use lifting equipment and machinery for heavier hardware.
- Must possess initiative, a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to follow directions and meet expectations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with software systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a . citizen or national, . permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the . as a refugee or granted asylum.
- Desired : Prior experience titrating chemical tanks.Experience managing waste water systems.
