We are a leading construction firm specializing in large-scale commercial projects across Southern California. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in parking structure construction to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of parking structure projects, from initial planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all work is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety standards, and quality of work.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Ensure proper permits and licenses are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies to handle unforeseen challenges.
  • Ensure projects adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with specific expertise in parking structures or similar projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
