This is not a typical call center job; you will be working directly in a warehouse environment to support real-time delivery operations.

Responsibilities for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to :

• Real-Time Dispatch Support : Maintain phone contact with driver teams during deliveries, providing troubleshooting to solve issues as they arise, and helping the teams stay on schedule.
• Bilingual Customer De-escalation : Act as a communication bridge by speaking with customers to explain delays or resolve conflicts, providing clarity and de-escalation support in both Spanish and English.
• End-of-Day Operations : Guide returning driver teams through warehouse check-in procedures, ensuring correct drop-off of materials (trash / haul-aways) and proper communication with Costco staff.
• Team Documentation : Work alongside the Lead CSR to cover phones, track updates, and accurately document delivery issues or exceptions for the operations manager.

Pay Details : $18.50 per hour
