Job Description
To process documents with new owners of Time Share Property and have a working knowledge of the legal documents associated with the purchase of Time Share Property.
Assist to manage and oversee the daily operation of the department, including working closely with the Director of Deeding, Contract Processing and Sales departments in running a smooth and efficient operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily closing / deeding transactions, when needed.
- Train new Closing Officers following Deeding training manual / guidelines.
- Follow up training for Closing Officers who are not performing under the services criteria.
- Listens to Closing Officer recordings for future training purposes.
- Assists Director of Deeding as the in-charge person whenever Director is unavailable.
- Assists the Director of Deeding by keep reports on the Department performance.
- Communicate with the Deeding Training department in training new or rehired Closing Officers.
- Responsible for assisting with scheduling for the Deeding Department, when needed.
- Attend breakfast on a weekly basis, monitor breakfast locations, report issues to the Director of Deeding (where applicable).
- Assist the Director of Deeding with recruiting and interviewing.
- Coordinate Deeding Department status reports with corporate.
- Second contact for Sales and InHouse departments when Director of Deeding is unavailable.
- Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist managing the daily operation of the department. Train new Closing Officers, advance / follow up training for current Closing Officers.
Assist Director of Deeding with interviews and recruiting.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree ( from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions form groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram from and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Time Share Real Estate License and / or Escrow License.
Notary Public License.
