As the Release of Information Specialist for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you are passionate about handling patient information with precision and care.

This is a fully benefitted full time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week.
What You’ll Do :
- Review and Process : Carefully review requests for medical information, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Inform and Assist : Be the friendly face informing requesters of our procedures and guiding patients through the process.
- Coordinate and Create : Keep things running smoothly by creating checklists and directing requests to the right channels.
- Maintain Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information discreetly and follow our strict policies.
- Support and Collaborate : Assist with audits, handle calls, and work as part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Bring :
- Be comfortable with computers and electronic records systems.
- Have clear and professional communication skills.
- The ability to handle changing priorities with ease.
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
- Attention to Detail, meticulousness in completing tasks accurately.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. One year of relevant experience preferred.
- Current Notary Public preferred or willingness to obtain NH Notary Public within one year.
